What's the cutoff for same-day delivery?
Order before 4:00 PM for same-day delivery. Midnight deliveries are available till 9:00 PM.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn't gone out for delivery yet. Call or WhatsApp us immediately and we'll update it.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 10+ items. Drop us a message or call and we'll sort it out.
What if the recipient is not home?
We'll call the recipient before arriving and can leave with a neighbour or at the door with your permission. We always send a delivery photo.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. You'll see real-time status updates and a delivery photo once delivered.
